What's the next best thing to knowing that you've purchased an exceptional quality home? Knowing that your builder will stand behind it. With a long history as a quality home builder, Buckskin Building provides warranties that cover the following:

	For One Year This covers installation and workmanship on all working aspects of your home outside of normal maintenance for one year.
	For Two Years This covers major mechanicals including electrical, heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems outside of normal maintenance for two years.
	For Ten Years This covers all load bearing functions that include, for example, footings, bearing walls, girders and trusses for a period of 10 years.
